We are very lucky to have some old postcards in the archive which have all been colour tinted. We think they date from about 1920 give or take 10 years. Thanks to John Waddington we have recreated those images. So here are photographs of the village in the 1920’s and 2026 one hundred years apart. Some surprisingly unchanged and others totally unrecognisable.
