We know there was a beer house in Lower Street in 1883 run by Sarah Golden. We believe it was called the Pig and Whistle. Have you heard of the Pig and Whistle or any other beer house? Do you know where in Chapel Road it might have been?

The History Hub is the name given to the physical archive of the Southrepps Society and the name of the Society’s web site. The web site, set up in 2024 uses data abstracted from the archive and links to other sources of historic information originating in Southrepps.
